Levels of Service
How to "Raise The Bar"
*A demonstration of service:
Poor
Good
Excellent
It's easier to go from poor to good by just changing simple things. Ex. being on time, doing the basics for your job.
It's harder to go from good to excellent.  It takes work and one has to be conscience of tone, speech, going the extra mile. But it DOES PAYOFF.
