Q. What does "Cypha" mean?
We will explain Cypha360 in its' entirety so you may have the complete meaning.
Cypha, is a play on the word "cipher". Meaning, a circle, completing 360 degrees.
Different groups use the concept of a "cipher" or "cypha", which basically means a group of individuals coming together and forming a complete circle. This circle for us is, worldwide, and what we discuss and bring to the table in this circle is Knowledge, Awareness, and Opportunity. In doing so, we all build from one another forming "Synergy", meaning when two or more come together to create something greater than what it was on its' own. This "something" is You and I, ALL those who participate in the "Cypha".
Before someone comes to Cypha360, they are to a certain point of knowledge and awareness.
By the time you come out of the site you will acquire an awareness on a multitude of subjects and will
have the opportunity to bring what you have to the table for others to gain that knowledge.
Q. What is "Synergy For The Streets"?
It is a movement where we (Urban Society) are working together on a global level in order to build ourselves into more than what we currently are separately. Individually, we are capable of achieving great things, however, by collaborating and combining all of our thoughts, creativity, and abilities, we are capable of attaining Greatness!
Q. What made you (Realm & Don Peters) create Cypha360 - Synergy For The Streets?
We created this site and its' movement as a tool for individuals to build their knowledge base while in the same time contributing their thoughts and perceptions on all issues or topics. Many people (including us) at times, tend to make decisions in life without fully seeing all angles of the issue. By coming together and expressing your point of view, we can clearly see other perceptions. The information allows us to make better decisions. Cypha360, is for the people. It is to make them aware of what's going on around them which they may not know and inform them of things that affects them in one form or another. It is said that what you don't know won't hurt you, however, we don't believe that. We believe that what you don't know may be the very thing that changes your life. Cypha360, gives the average person a voice, a stage, and place where they are welcomed to express themselves. We promote critical and creative thinking. There are many talented and intelligent people in urban communities across the globe. Unfortunately, many of these individuals never get an opportunity to develop their minds and skills due to lack of resources. That's where we come in.

Cypha360, is about building knowledge, awareness, and opportunity. We are constantly looking for groups and organizations that are willing to work together in order to provide you the resources you need. Whether it's becoming aware of issues that surround you, understanding issues concerning family matters, discussing controversial issues that other sites won't cover, and/or submitting original work (music, poetry, or otherwise) to get noticed, plus much more, Cypha360 - Synergy For The Streets, is here for you.
Q. Is Cypha360 - Synergy For The Streets, only for inner city minorities?
Our main audience is Urban Society worldwide, race is not a factor. However, everyone is welcomed to join and participate in Cypha360. We encourage those not in Urban Society to come join us. They can bring a totally new prospective which is beneficial for all.
